I have a distiller, and the distilled water costs me about 35 cents in electricity to make (per gallon). We use the "Nutrition" (middle) setting, which does more grinding of the beans at the end of the cycle than does the "Soy Milk" (left) setting, and therefore extracts more of the bean into the milk.
